This has to be my absolute favorite project that we made at Stampalooza!!! This banner can be created for an occasion. The Build a Banner Simply Created kit comes with 18 canvas pennants, six each of 3 designs, 9' of jute twine, and alphavet and image stencils...a great buy for only $19.95!
